GT, you've outdone yourself wordsmithing. Simply supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!Zounds, Stuart! That's an enthralling Imperial toothpick!
I have a "thang" for that model, although I'm partial to the clip/pen style one of my grandpas used to carry. Is yours one blade, or two?
Yikes, Randy!That's a versatile combo!
XLNT, Pt-Luso!I think that's one of my favorite #83s, too!
Withering Weedwhackers, Steve! That's a verdant picture of a classic knife!
Thanks for the positive reaction to some of the knives I'm toting this week, Jack!
Va Va Voom, Ron!Your ravishing red bones rev my motor!
Uppercrust Ungulates, Harry & Josh! You gentleman scored some unbelievable ram horn for your Eurobarlows!
Thor's Thunderbolts, Dylan!I have a hard time deciding which of those contestants wins the beauty contest!
Sufferin' Sucotash, FBC!Sumptuous stag and primo patina on your BF knife!
Rambling Rosebuds, Paul! That is an incredibly pointy spearpoint blade, and the shield/micarta combo is choice!
Quotidian Quarks, Jack!I truly enjoy seeing the 2-blade lambsfoot, and, although I have no idea what those handbooks are about, your enthusiasm is contagious!
Plateglass Platypi, Rachel!Fine BF "half-scout", and prescient anticipation!
Wait, there's one now!!!
OMG, Dschal!Congrats to you (and everyone else taking delivery on these)!
Still looks good; I think you can continue using it for another few days or decades.
Neck-numbing Novocaine, Tom!Pro-style choices for Wooden Wednesday!
Mammalian Milking Machines, Jack! What a stunning ebony/ivory duo!And everyone knows that lambs and unicorns have always got on well together!
Lackadaisical Lilliputians, Tom!Your lambsfoot is enviable; the handle grain is fantastic!
Thanks for the Buck comment.
Land o' Goshen, Atiger!Your Blue Grass Barlow is irresistible (especially because I have a Delrin version that I treasure)!
Jumpin' Jehoshaphat, Barrett!!That 25 ROCKS!!
Inventive Imprecations, Ron!That OO #73 is a heartbreaker!!

Thanks, Tom. Some of the well-informed and helpful members in the Schrade sub-forum helped me guesstimate a date for it and let me know that there aren't very many of the 2OTs around, which is too bad. Nice knife that you have posted!GT, you've outdone yourself wordsmithing. Simply supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
Thanks for your compliments on my lambfoot. My pics are subtly adjusted to match what I'm seeing, if at all. That's very much what the grain looks like to me.

#618 in my pocket today. This knife has a great feel in hand, and looks to match:

Thanks, Dylan. I inherited the 2OT from my stepfather and am lucky to have it. It doesn't get out much, but it needs to see the light of day once in a while. That's a terrific trio that you posted, love the wood scales.Agreed!
I mentioned this in the Case thread a bit ago, this is a lovely knife, and I certainly do not say that about many Case knives.
Lovely duo today, Jack. How are you liking that 25? I am experiencing the 25 for the first time and though I've opted to give it to my wife, I was pleasantly surprised that such a little guy could actually be used comfortably by someone with hands on the larger side.
I would have to agree with Tom on this one, that is, without a doubt, the nicest Schrade I have ever seen. Just a beautiful knife.
I don't always carry three knives... Well, who am I kidding, I often carry even more.... Helps that I store my collection in an old humidor at my work office. So I have my knives on hand the majority of most days. I usually just display the knives that I end up taking home with me for the day. So these are the three I selected before going home yesterday and I suspect they will be among the few that I take home with me for the weekend later on today.

Now that's a well used & loved TC!I can't say I'm actually carrying the new one, rather admiring it and carrying the older one around the house. Good stuff!
