What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Cool Barlow Ron, hope it won't be alone for long ;)

I didn't get a chance to post yesterday, but hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. I was hoping to get a few more pics of my new Lambsfoot on a Grand Tour of West Yorkshire yesterday, but it barely stopped raining all day :( Carrying it again today with my Squirrel, one of many great knives gifted to me by ScruffUK :) Have a pleasant Sunday folks :)

Thanks Jack! :D That makes two of us! I can't wait to see them! At least they will be well traveled!! ;):D

Hope everyone has a great Sunday! :)

Thank you! Lately, when I'm carrying the right combo of large/small knives and straight/curved blades, I often forget to even clip a modern knife to my pocket! :D

Me too! :D ;)

I want pancakes sooooo bad....dripping with maple syrup :p Have a wonderful Sunday and slice a stack for me with that awesome TC Ron !

Oooooh they had the seasonal specials! :p Caramel drizzle short stack, 2 over medium, hash browns, bacon, sausage links and about a half gallon of good fresh brewed coffee!!!:D Needless to say I skipped the noontime meal today! ;) Enjoy the rest of your weekend! :)

Yours more than most my friend (all the others missed Dublin)! :D

I know it will be well worth the wait! ;) It was probably some leprechaun trying to pull some shenanigans on me!! :D

Will, it is buffalo hide. It was made by a forum member Hulen Wilhite. He makes a very nice leather pouch for good prices. He sent me two of them when we made a knife trade a short while ago. That stag on your 83 is some of the finest I've seen from GEC. I'm not typically a stag fan. While I do appreciate the beauty in the random popcorn, it is sometimes too thick for my liking. Yours looks like it is probably perfect.

Thanks for the info Bob, it's exceptionally nice leather, pliant yet tough- I like the W stamped on it too

I was most fortunate with the Stag on that lockback, both sides are grooved and pocorny and yet it's thin panel Stag not some gross bulbous thing:eek: The 83 is a nice sized knife around the 15's dimensions, pull is of course moderate yet the lockbar is not hard to disengage, useful choice of Clip or Drop-Point blades.

Regards, Will

Ohhh man willard0341 willard0341 that is a great one! I was on the hunt for that knife for quite a long time but it has eluded me. It’s still right near the top of my want to find list. Excellent blade combination.
