What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

This is the week (for me) of Swiss knives, so today in my pocket walks this beautiful old cross...

In anticipation of a gray, deary day today, I took this picture of my "stuff pile" yesterday afternoon before I took my wife out for dinner last night. From the items, you can tell that I am married and, hence, have no cash (and need to hit the ATM). The Olsen OK 511 folder (in my pocket today) was left to me by my stepfather, as was the watch which he won in a poker game while he was stationed in Korea in 1951 (the crinkle in the foreground section of the band is an optical delusion per the camera angle). My wife gave me the money clip and wedding band; my mother gave me the signet ring. I actually purchased the pen.

Today I’m Totin a Prime Minister and a Senator! ;) Hope y’all have a great Friday! :D

I have not seen a Prime Minister (not saying too much but still) and the more squared look is fetchingly different. How does it carry?

On the trail today. Note the flood waters in the background. The river near my neighborhood is well beyond its normal level. No danger to our place, but others are not so lucky.

Praying the level drops quickly, but I know 10 minutes of water inside your house is still no good.

I have been contemplating a pocket slip mainly for two reasons: 1) to keep the smaller knives I prefer to carry from sliding out of my shorts pockets; and 2) to aid with keeping them upright in the pocket. I can't justify buying a nice slip if I don't know whether I will carry it so I made one this morning. It definitely helps with #1, and somewhat with #2 due to not being rigid. Anywho, today's carry is a Case Canoe and Peanut.
