What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Have these in my pockets today : Taylors Eye Witness one a Sheepsfoot and the other a Lambfoot

After I dropped Nancy off at work , I went to check out The Car On The Lake . The first picture is the one taken on Feb. 14 , 2018

I think it sunk into the lake last year on Feb. 29 , 2017 .

Harry

Great stuff Harry, and thanks for keeping us updated on The Car On The Lake! :)

Josh that’s a great looking knife, but the BT steals the show for me. I love Boston’s! They have been my families choice for the last twenty five years or so. My daughter has a Brindle female, Zoe! My last one, Max, has been gone since 2013. We had to have him put down for health issues. I cried like a baby! ;)

This is my first Boston Terrier! He seems like a great family dog. Here is a picture of "Boss" and my girlfriend's daughter watching the boob tube. He's about 10 months old now.

Here's a pic of the ol' edc for knife content.

It’s been well over a hundred pages since I last visited the daily thread. There are big changes afoot in the pmew household but I thought I might just stop by to prove that I am still here and still flying the flag.

Good to see you call in mate, hope all goes well

Not sure why my phone was stubborn and wont let me post photos but this is what rode along for most of the weekend. Schrade butter and molasses stockman and a Schatt & Morgan toenail that I JUST got.
Its a pretty fun knife but kind a ridiculous EDC so I think it will be saved as a conversation piece.

I will have to get Dave to pose in my next knife pic.

Nice Enzo. :) I use the belt sheath mine came with, but I carry it hanging in my pocket. Not too bulky for jeans.

I'm going school, too. :)

You’re going to have to share more pics of that old camper! The bone is aged to a really nice color.

I made the sheath from leather I recycled from a pair of broken down old boots. It was meant for a small puukko, but fits Enzo just fine. The sheath has a plastic liner for blade.

That’s the great idea of the day!

I'm hanging out with a pal today. Specifically, a Pal Cutlery Co. cattle knife who promises to handle any chore that I come up with. Man, Pal (like its parent Utica Cutlery) made fine knives. This knife was made during the 1945-1953 period after Pal had taken over Remington's cutlery production and facilities, and was most likely built on Remington patterns and tools.

Well, I might as well admit that my New Year's resolution is in jeopardy. I've been fudging already by buying knives to try out patterns and then reselling them. I've also been culling my own collection to make room for knives I'll keep as users. But now that I've sold off my 1st run Palo Santo Roundhead, I may have to keep this 1st run Shuffler in Bocote to make up for it. Or, maybe someone will persuade me to pass it along as well, but part of what made me willing to sell the roundhead was how much more I like this shuffler. I prefer the clip blade. I prefer the updated choil and thinness behind the edge. I don't think I prefer the bocote to the palo santo, but I do think (though I don't have calipers to measure) that the thickness on the Bocote slabs was ever-so-slightly thicker than on the palo santo. This shuffler just feels a bit better in hand (though this may just be the effects of "new knife in hand").

Anyway, I'm digging it, and it may cost me the resolution of not buying a knife for myself this year to keep.

What's the knife behind the shuffler?
