You should! Nice easy pull, no half stop, no blade rub. I think I carry this one more than any others.

(I also pulled the trigger on an Ebony #35 Churchill, which should be here tomorrow, thanks to r8shell 's recent post here, as well as @Pàdruig's great photos of his.)

This poor Klein hawkbill had been thoroughly abused by a power grinder.

I reshaped it into a sheepsfoot, filed down the kick, and polished out all of the grinder scars. Pretty happy with it now.

Gosh, thanks, HnS. Colt advertised the covers on that series of knives as "black stag" but it's really stag bone.

Yes indeed it was great to meet and have a nice leisurely lunch with Stuart @Duckdog ! Pam and I both had a great time. Stuart is a great guy. We came away from our visit feeling like we have known him for a long time. He’s just like most of the people I’ve met from the Porch, good as gold! We look forward to another meeting sometime in the future!

Gary, I love your Case Canoe! Those models with the single springs are so slim and make a great Totin knife!

It may be no surprise, but today I will be Totin my Black Alox Pioneer!

This has been neglected ever since I got it. Insane Now I've polished the bolsters-didn't like them matte at all-it's taken on new appeal, slim, long Wharcliffe and very tight construction Just wish I knew how to polish the scales but all that green or colour compounds seem to soak into this matte Ivory micarta, foul
