I’m carrying a well used RR sowbelly stockman with the strawberry bone covers.

Usually first thing I do with RR users is thin the blades out a bit with a 220 grit stone to take off the mirror polish and take back the bevel a degree or two.
These make very fine slicers. B232F88C-36DE-40C9-90EE-6755CF7FE3DF.jpeg

I love the "as ground" finish on this knife!

Carrying my new to me #15 Harness Jack. Just got it in, cleaned it up, gave it scalpel sharp edge and now it’s ready for some serious pocket time. This is my first Harness Jack. Charlie @waynorth and GEC really knocked it out of the park! Can’t believe it took me this long to realize just how excellent these are. View attachment 903637

Very nice HJ!

That ironwood looks amazing, and the size really let's it show itself off. I cannot imagine carrying or using a knife like that, but it would make for a great conversational piece.

Have a great Friday! :)

Sweet pairing!

Love the Winterbottom Bone on that one sir, my all-time favorite scale material. This little Serpentine Jack was my first Queen in Winterbottom Bone and even that one is Delrin from the 70s but I love the look. The Delrin ones are becoming almost as expensive as the real ones, pre 1960s.

Thanks, Mr Ted!
I like yours as well. I have only one other Queen, similar to yours. I need to get a newer example soon, before they get outside of ny price range.
