That was Sandown beach on the Isle of Wight last summer. If ever you get a chance to visit I highly recommend it. It's just a nice part of the world

Carrying my American Jack today a gift from my pal mrknife . She was a bit dull this morning so I hit her with a soft Arkansas stone and then stropped her good on a piece of an old leather belt I use then oiled her up. Typical GEC 1095 just a few minutes and she's razor sharp again.

Today I'm carrying this one, in fact about to make a sheath for it to carry a little better as the Seahorse I have is taking up room in my watch pocket !
