What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Here's the knife I've carried for about fifteen years. It's an old Henckels 1901 that I bought out of a cigar box at a flea market. T'aint pretty, but I love it. The scales are getting a nice pocket worn feel, and it takes an edge like nobody's business...

Somewhat, I also draw when I make time, I have a "how to draw horses" book, this profile was one of the pictures in the book, the shading in the pic helped quite a bit. Kind of like having a static model to work from. If I get stuck, I go out to the pasture and spend some time with my landlords semi-retired horses. I don't know if they quite understand why I keep turning them to different lighting and moving their head around. They are very patient horses lol
