We’ve got 5 tons of river rocks being delivered tomorrow. Going to do landscape work around our new driveway and sidewalk. The shovels and wheelbarrow will definitely get a good workout over the next several days! Whoa! I meant to say I’ll get a good workout over the next several days! So today I’m just relaxing around the house having some good home cooked fresh veggies including squash, okra, tomatoes, cantaloupe and peaches! I almost forgot the cornbread! These two will be in the pockets. Hope everyone has a blessed Sunday!

The Norfolk and the Sambar Lambsfoot make a very good pair! That is a lot of rocks and it may possibly not be enough!

This was yesterday’s carry while doing some scouting for elk season. It’s an older Lumberjack with a worn off shield. Things are looking promising as we saw a lot of good sign and about 35elk.

Today has been another Ancient Muscadine day. I really like this one. I think it is trying to be my favorite TC ever.

I think your Case Mini Copperlock stands out like a shiny silver dollar GT . Great color and jigged bone IMO .

GT, your choices are a grand slam! The bone and diamond shield on the Mini Copperlock are perfect, the smooth bone half hawk is very intriguing to me since the recent thread on them, and I MUST know more about the Colonial Jack! Age? Closed length? I am smitten with that clip point and slender pen blade!

I appreciate your kind words, Stuart & Harry & Shawn & Ratbert. Harry, I know you've got (or at least had) several knives dressed up in the walnut Rogers jigged bone like that mini copper lock @Leslie Tomville so generously gave me, and your examples made me aware of how attractive that bone/bolster combo is! LOTS of folks were fired up about it when Case first brought it out, and I never lost my enthusiasm for it.
Shawn, I don't know a ton about that little Colonial.
I know it's only a Colonial, but I like it, like it, yes I do!
It's 2 7/8" long, only 3/8" wide, stainless, and, surprisingly, it doesn't have the crimped-on bolsters/covers I expected to see. The celluloid covers are a bit loose and rattly. No idea on the age.

Saw this in the Stag Sat. thread, and was so bedazzled by the stag that I didn't notice the gorgeous drop point blade! That knife can start me up, and make a grown man cry!

I was looking through my desk drawer and an old friend caught my eye...it's been much too long a spell since old grey blade had a ride in me pocket, he helped harvest a few jalapeno peppers for grillin' that the plants had been left to wilt a few times, for flavors sake, and feels right at home, as always, in my hand...
