Thanks!
Yes, it’s a 54 Big Jack. The other is a Schrade 175 sheepsfoot. They made a lot for paper mills, this one says The Draper Felt on the mark side scale.

Very cool. The more I see them, the more the #54 has grown on me. I particularly like that rounded bar shield on the Muslin Micarta. I wasn't sure about the size, so I never picked one up.

That's a slim and trim one!:thumbsup::thumbsup: No model number of the tang stamp?

The Cat helped out with a plumbing chore today.

Cool Catt and dynamic Deere, Dean!:cool::thumbsup:

Still carrying a little Boker Jack, and testing media album thing.

Where do you learn about the media stuff? Does each member have a size limit there?

Thanks for more superb pics, Harry!:cool::thumbsup:

Really impressed with this little Rough Rider lockback cannittler...with the exception of some gap between the springs and lockbar it's flawless :D

Very nice!:cool::thumbsup: I have a couple of those, but both of mine have pen and coping secondaries, while yours has a wharncliffe instead of a coping blade. Is yours "stock", or did you modify the blade profile?

Blackwood & Ebony today.
Black wood bonanza, Ron and Ken!!:thumbsup::cool:

Superior knife, Steve! :cool::thumbsup::cool:

Boy, y'all are rolling out some wonderful wood for Woodsday. I had to go out back to one of the woodpiles to gather in a bundle to pick out something to carry today.

5K Qs 5K Qs Holy cow Gary, you've outdone yourself or else your working on a scrabble thesaurus. Either way, thanks.
Thanks, Alan. :) I spent all morning wrestling with health insurance stuff, and was looking for some kind of change of pace.

Thanks, GT, but I now have a mental picture of Thelma that I can't get out of my head.

That stag bone is really interesting and attractive, GT. Thanks for sharing (I don't remember seeing that one before).

5K Qs 5K Qs Thank you for the kind words and best wishes. I want to add that the details on your Marble, from covers to shield, make this an epic, beautiful knife.

Isn't the power of language to evoke images amazing, Stuart? :D

Awesome alphabet alliteration, GT! Great carries, too.
Thanks, John & Shawn. :) It's fun, it's easy, and everyone can play!

Why stop at U, Gary? Was waiting for what you were going to do with X!
I had a bunch of posts "multi-quoted", but had no idea how many, and when I started to do the alphabet thing, I just went until I ran out of quoted posts.

Wonderfully Worthy Write-up.

Yes, I’ve been spending time in the kitchen.

That's all me, I have a nasty habit of reshaping coping blades as soon as I get 'em;)

I outfoxed myself with this one. Turned on the computer at 6:00 am EDT to be sure to get in the last bid at 9:08:30 am PDT. Yup, I had to do it again at 12:00 m EDT.

New large lambsfoot too.

LOL
It’s a disease, I tell ya! I need a 12 step program to keep me from bidding on knives. The other night, I saw a 4 line tang stamp Camillus TL-29 with cocobolo handles, shield, that wasn’t sharpened down to a sliver. And an old wood handled Cami electrician was one I did not have. The trouble was, bidding ended at midnight, and I was dead tired at ten. So I bid a little high and went to sleep. Something woke me up at 2:30 , so I paid and went back to sleep.

Anyway, you did great on those two!
I love that Kutmaster, please show the other blade soon!

Click on "Paid Subscriptions" at the top of the page, and you can see what the limits are. It's not a huge amount, so I'm experimenting with using Imgur, too.
