That old Imperial EO is really nice, Harry!
Thanks much Jeff !!! I am been lucky enough to have a Pal , Cammillus , and this Imperial that are all so much alike , that I can't tell them apart without reading the tang stamp . I guess I should spend some more time with them . I expect that all 3 of them were built in the 1939 to 1946 range .That old Imperial EO is really nice, Harry!
Probably WWII production?
Tidioute Thursday.

Pardon my ignorance I haven't got a traditional since I was really young. What is this single blade pattern called?
It’s a jack knife, or just jack.
Single clip blade jack.
Pretty nice, huh?
Looking good my friend! Hope you guys are well!
Black wood and silver hot dogs look tasty, Ron & Ken!
Splendid knife, John! I like the size and the lock release position.
It's not bone, but the "checkering" on Alox also has incredible appeal for me. Fantastic pic, Dwight!
I tend to avoid white handles because I'm afraid they'll get grimy and stained. But, Jeff, I know you use your knives a lot, and those two still look grand!
Piano proficiency demands daily practice!More toy piano keys?

IMHO, that's an awesome photo of two knockout knives, Tom!
Sam Adams himself could have carried a knife like that venerable S&M, Stuart!...totin' this old wood-clad Schatt & Morgan jack (1903-1932).

Rousing rosewood lambsfoot, and that hashtag bread looks wholesome!
Yeah, I'm bored to ecstasy, Nick!
Wood jack for the win, Steve!
Charming couple of wood SAKs!
Outstanding olive wood, sir!
Thanks for the canoe comment, Joshua; I certainly commend the pattern.... I admire your canoes. It is a pattern I've not tried yet, but I hope to one day.
That Camillus EO is a dreamboat!
... I love that Okapi Biltong.
...
... That okapi is nice!
Thanks for the kind words about the Biltong....
How do you like that Okapi?
...
I hear that call loud and clear myself, Joe!
Thanks for the articulate description of my BSA Imperial....
That Imperial is piece of art, with really nice fluid lines. Much more sculpted that one would expect from "an old scout knife."

Like me??...
I get concerned about becoming one of those repetitive bores spouting the same endless things; ...
Regards, Will
That's a ravishing knife, Will!...So here it is, Weidmannsheil 3" Stag & Dam. Or is that Dam Stag?

Superb pic of a praiseworthy pair, Joshua!
Thanks, Jack.
That's a first class pic, John!
A pair of impeccable knives, Alan; the crown jack is especially regal IMHO!
Those "topographical covers" are fascinating, Steve!Utica today

I agree with Will here!...
I suppose the Pen is not popular (far better than a Peanut..) ...

Thanks, Tom.Nice knives GT, that Okapi looks especially interesting, I'll have to look that up.
I tried the edge retention "experiment" last night, it was pretty fun and a little enlightening (and completely unscientific and totally subjective). ...
... I'll probably use the 30 degree-toothy combination on Case stainless steel knives in the future.
Thanks, Dean....
Cute Canoe you're carrying this week!![]()
