What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Been carrying these two my own custom kiridashi, and my Camillus Barlow :D

Heres a shot of an afternoon sky during a thunderstorm (the barlow kinda snuck into the picture)

Another nice one!

Isn't it interesting, however-- I believe this is the same pattern, in a similar "pose," as your amber bone? Yet, I almost always swoon a little when you post the picture of that one. This one is very, very nice, but without the swoony thing going on. :-)

I believe you are talking about this one:

and, yes, it's a great knife. That one is why I have three now. I like my peanuts, but these mini copperheads just seem to keep them out of my pocket most times. The version with the clip main blade looks like a super pen knife; I've got to try one of them soon.

Mack's MCH above is the one that sucked me into the MCH cult (if there is such a thing).

The Otter Ankermesser was with me today. It was a so to say goodbye-carrying. It will soon have a new home in Florida at Nathan (ndeezl) who had won this at the giveaway!

Ed J, yes, that's the one! I'm starting to like the pattern more and more, regardless of scale color. Doug Add's blue one is a looker as well.

There's just something about Case's amber bone, and that picture of your knife, that leans into "quintessential."

Combatjiujitsu, I love how your re-entry into traditionals brought you to a knife you're so pleased with, right off the bat.

Here's what I have with me again today, once again complete with Genuine Pertinux Pocket Lint (whoops):

@jason: How did you make the SBJ get that patina? Vinegar? Being honest, it´s too regular so it seems not being made naturally. Maybe I gonna try it out one time :)

Kind regards
Andi
