What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

@5K Qs Ha ha! Not very much escapes your eagle eye;) merely 4 GOt about the DP, I certainly enthuse, yet one could argue that it's a kind of unformed Spear :D and since you're an adherent to the Spear cult-like me-you'll agree....:)

Thanks, Will

Dad is carrying the little Old Timer Peanut I gave him for Father's Day. :) I'll try to get a picture later.

Happy Thanksgiving!
My Dad turns 85 today. I’ve tried and tried to upgrade his carry tastes, but he is simply satisfied with his Vic Classics.

I have a little Remy jack and a little Camillus pen, I’d love to give him, but he’s not budging.

Which reminds me that I’m thankful to still have all four of our parents with us!

Today it is a Robeson that I picked up a year ago .

Lovely Robeson, the jigging is just great!!

It’s a stainless kinda day.

Nice curves on that Camillus, what a cool knife.

@SteveC Always enjoy looking at your oldies!!

I’ve got these two with me, as well as a Sharpmaker as I will invariably be asked to sharpen some kitchen knives today.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, or as my godson refers to this holiday: “Chicken Halloween” :)
Sweet bone covers on that killer combo!

This one hasn’t left and I think it’ll be staying for a while. I just love the swedge on it.

Just LOVE that beautiful Red Bone Paul.

Harry - What two Stag beauties, in fact it’s so dangerous trying to quote such knives in this amazing thread because there are just SO MANY BEAUTIFUL KNIVES!!!! ( yep - that was me shouting ).

Thanks, Jack. I hope you and all those across the pond have a peaceful day as well.

Thank you very much Gary :) Cold, wet, and miserable, but certainly peaceful! :D

Happy Thanksgiving!

That's a coincidence, I went to the cinema this evening, and swapped out my earlier carry for the Old Timer Peanut you generously gifted me a while back :) Nice Thanksgiving line-up Rachel

Thanks, Jack. :) Your HAZ trio (Horn lambsfoot, Abbeydale Jack, and Zorro Barlow) is a treat!:cool:;)

Thanks, Dean; there's kind of a method to my madness. :) If you check the units on the ruler scales, the 40 is actually centimeters, so it's not quite the burden you might think.

Harry knows whereof he speaks!!:thumbsup::thumbsup:;)

Immaculate knives, Dee; that snakewood Minichamp is a memorable mod!:thumbsup::cool:

I appreciate your opinions, Stuart. :) Best wishes for the frying, and enjoy your refuge.:cool:

Admirable acrylic, Will!:cool::thumbsup: (Do you not like drop point blades??)

Welcome to MY world, Alan, at least in terms of numbers! ;):D

Thanks GT, I have the same Sowbelly, a gift from Papa Andi, and it is one of my favourite Rough Riders

Here's something different; Chief Cutlery Co, Irish Congress. My favorite pattern and a brand I can't find in any of my books. Obviously been used, and it's going into rotation as soon as I clean up the lousy sharpening on the main blade.

Very Nice, I have never heard of them either, but I am sure interested to do some searching:thumbsup::cool:
