Exquisite !! Thank you so much for the details, microbe3 1/2 inch T12 stainless blade, bull horntip Laguiole with steel bolsters, featuring a hand carved bee on a forged and filed spring. Although it is a French knife, I bought this one one a city trip to Barcelona in a knife shop at the Gothic quarter, some 12 years ago.
