What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I’m influenced by peer pressure, I admit.

They are at that Dylan:cool::thumbsup:

A handsome pair to be sure!

That must be THE coffee cup?!
I have one as well, a metal with enamel paint.

Thank you, fellas.

Dennis, it certainly is a favorite cup of mine. I am usually fond of large heavy mugs but I find that during the course of my work, the coffee cools too much before I can drink it fully. The small mug facilitates drinking it before it gets cold. In most cases...

Beautiful stag on that one, Alan!

These two today, they almost match.

A superbly matched pair, Tom!

Great photos one and all. Out of this lot, Ebony 15 Boys knife with single clip long pull blade today. MJ.

Wow, that is one heck of an assortment. Can't go wrong with any of them.

Had this in my pocket since 5:00 A.M. today when I had to get up because the electric went off . Our sump pump is running and we must have electric for that or have a flooded basement . The Emergency Sump Pump also failed . That is why we have a generator on hand and we got it all taken care of . Flooding averted .

Harry

Sorry to hear of your troubles, Harry. I am pleased that the crisis was averted though. A very fine work horse to accompany you throughout it all!

I've been carrying this old lambsfoot for a month, I can't get it out of my pocket !

Such a terrific old lambsfoot, Rob.

Exquisite picture, Dwight! You've staged it wonderfully.

I counted as they danced
Maher dodged
and Grosh pranced
they bounced like toy balloons
cunningly lured us from our cocoons
but like marshmallows in a fire
fleetingly gone
having fulfilled our wanton desires

An excellent picture, Gev, of an equally exceptional knife!

I took several days off from posting to play with my new dog and to spend a few fleeting moments with @Half/Stop who was visiting in my vicinity. Like @5K Qs , I got woefully behind and was lucky just to click LIKE as I flipped through the rolling pages. There have been some fabulous knives and great posts, so kudos and thanks to all y'all. I'm starting my catching up from yesterday.

Fine fungi photo and a fabulous knife, Will.

I needed something bright today! :)

Works for me. I hope that you are feeling better, buddy.

Utica Jack today

Very nice, Steve, as have been several others that have recently posted,

Maybe my EG Talley City knife can help me cut some slices of Spam for the frying pan?

Very tasty looking, Gary.

60 degrees now and sunny, no complaints. It’s this one today and the last couple days.

I can see why you are sticking with that beauty, Nick. Your admirable collection of fine old knives is getting some great new members.

These two went to work with me today. A 70+ year old Camillus jack & a newer GEC osage moose.

I agree with @Buzzbait and @Old Engineer ; that is a gorgeous classic knife in great condition. Congratulations and thanks for sharing.

Filling the role of International Knife this week is an Opinel #6 that I've modified:

They all look swell, but that Opinel looks mighty handy, GT. Good work.

Along with a little GEC sleeveboard pen, and an old Boker:

I truly like the elder knives, r8shell (and you have a passel of nice ones).

Very nice Camillus ! I have it's twin

Double dipping in the beauty bin!

GEC Harness Jack Today. :D

Excellent grouping and picture, Dave. Exquisite fixed blades!

Wonderful knife and photo. What's that white stuff in the picture, though? I found a bunch of it in my yard, too. :p
In anticipation of some Ironwood showing up in my mailbox soon, I am carrying this beauty with me today.

Funny, I was thinking the same thing when I took this photo!:D

Good luck, guys. Since mail call today, I switched the Boker out for a new piece of ironwood:

Just beautiful Gev.

Exquisite picture, Dwight! You've staged it wonderfully.
Thank you Dylan.
I'm camping out in front of our fireplace with this old Winchester today
Breathtaking Winchester Stuart.
