What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

flatblackcapo flatblackcapo - Here you go all the info I can provide :D Briefly though, it is a Henri Tikkanen original Karjalan style Puukko - Birch bark handle, carbon steel blade. Glad you like. Yes, it is a particularly nice and useful knife. https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/henri-tikkanen-puukko-from-finland-with-bio-info-too.1616048/

Thanks for the info, your knife has some wonderful details . I may have to contact Mr. Tikkanen in the future, to get one of those working man's Puukkos.

Thanks GT, good to see your avatar again. The Marbles is a looker! (Isn't there a thread about traditional knives and hats, or am I misremmembering?)

These two for me today, one old and one new.

AG Russell funny folder a gift I’d received from AG himself. The handle is torch anodized Titanium and it has an ATS34 blade.

The ebony nail nick blade opener was a gift from AG, he gave away hundreds if not thousands of them before he started selling them in the catalog, there should be lots of them floating around on the auction sites.
