6217, the loom-fixer. Pretty big and heavy for a pants pocket.

Thank you scrteened porch for the info. I’ll have to keep my eye out for one of those. It’s funny, I’ve been around Case knives my entire life but I’m pretty sure I’m yet to run into one of those. Now I’m a man on a mission.... on the lookout for a Case 6217 and a GEC #47 Viper. Those two are on my short list!

Y'know, I haven't carried a traditional for a while and I decided to go down memory lane today.
I've been pretty much just using "super" steels for a while, but this 1095 is just so easy to get lazer sharp and it sure doesn't take much to keep it that way.
Think I'll carry this baby for a bit. GEC sure seems to know what they're doing.

Heading out to move furniture to my daughter and her husband in the NC mountains. Got to load the Penske truck and drive it to Asheville. This will be my EDC and work knife for the next several days - just can't beat a medium Stockman for a dependable, do anything knife. OH
