Wouldn't that be something !!

Same here, but I had to work at 3:30am.
Since I've been home though I've not left the house.

Some nice blue bone on that Case btw, and I quite like that shield.

Thank you. My work days usually start at 4:30am these days but I have worked pretty much every shift imaginable over the years.

This is the corn cob jigging I think they call it so it has this shield instead of the red one.

:)

You have some fine knives, and these two are among my favorites.

Very nice! Is it as long as it looks?

Cold and rainy, so I've stayed inside today. But I did carry these out for some pictures, guess that means I toted them. After scouring the net, I'm 90% sure the OVB is Camillus made. The overall shape, bolsters and the nailnick and swedge looks like the pics I've seen of Camillus's #9. Only thing seems off is the upper cover pin, all the delrin #9's don't have a pin there. And the couple pics I found of bone covers its farther from the bolsters, back pass the center pin.
Love the Daddys!

Gev I really like looking at that knife. She's a real sweet girl.

Extraordinary barlows Harry. I especially like the jigging on the RCC.

Way cool photo Kevin and I LOVE the HORNET stamp on that bad boy.

Are these not superbly elegant? They are the sleek, svelte, super models of the barlow world. And you have captured her regal beauty perfectly. Looking at the edge on those blades, no doubt about Gary working his magic on them.

David this photo rocks my friend, to say nothing of the exceptional grand daddy barlows you have there. Well done hombre.

A well chosen duet Rachel and the barlow is a knife knut's revelry.

This will make fine "Church carry" for Sunday:

Navaja Albaceteña from @ArtesaniaHerreros, with polished stag. I believe the background is goatskin leather.
Every single time I see this Albaceteña I smile. I love the curves and the symmetry. Jose knows a thing or two about his art.

José is about 60 and has been making knives since he was 13. I have to get some more before he retires!
Incidentally, this knife cuts better than any other I have, and I haven't even sharpened it yet.

I'm glad you told me that. I for some reason figured he was fairly young. It is my intention as well to avail myself of as many as I can... because... OH MY!... he's my age!!! :D

My "fancy canoe" for this week is a Buck stag canoe:

Watch pocket knife of the week is a Hen and Rooster mini canoe (thanks, Will):

Both are nice, GT, but I really fancy that Buck.

A wee Sambar Lambsfoot and my ole Red Sawcut NF Barlow.

Another admirable assemblage, Ron. Kudos for both of those.

Nobody makes a knife like J.D. Ware!

Why do I carry a traditional style knife? The Rolling Stones had the answer. "Time is on my Side."

Great photo of a fine knife, Alan.

This one today

Dang, that's a top shelf #10, Steve. Winterbottom and all!! Some of the last of that cover material in the early 1960s.

I think I had a Case of Traditional fever this week. Both perchesed this week and both will be carried for the first time this weekend.

That's a great selection and a fine picture.

Nicely done, Jeff.

I'd carry them every day, Harry.

That is a beauty!!

A wonderful picture of some handsome knives, David. Great pairing, great work.
