Still trying to keep up with this thread!!
Your photography makes even a new knife look like an old classic, Steve. Very nice.
I really like that Camillus, Steve. I have a couple of them (4 line tang stamp), but yours looks better (ain't that always the case).
That is Roy next to Dale .Gene is on the left with Dale, I believe.
Is that a new Lions Knife ??? How do you like the " feel in the hand " . I really like mine but yours is much nicer looking than mine .
Thanks Harry. The big auction site. The seller said it was a gift from a German friend 40 years ago. He said he'd never used it and that it was in its original plastic sleeve. The blade is stamped not etched. Yes it feels very good and I really like the size.Is that a new Lions Knife ??? How do you like the " feel in the hand " . Stuart it was indeed Osage my friend! That's some very comely, curvaceous cutlery, Ron. BTW, was the fine looking light colored knife in your yesterday pair clad in Osage orange?

I know that you can still get them like that , but I do not know about the Stamped not Etched . Here is what your's might look like if it had of been used . Really a good old knife considering it cost me under $10 .Thanks Harry. The big auction site. The seller said it was a gift from a German friend 40 years ago. Wow. Isn't that something. I have no idea if this one is really as old as the seller said. All of those I saw after googling this knife were blade etched instead of stamped so I figure it may have a little bit of age.I know that you can still get them like that , but I do not know about the Stamped not Etched .
