Now that knife has SOUL! (pun intended! ;) )

Leaving work at noon to head to Idaho. From there heading out on a road trip to Wisconsin. I know...who goes to Wisconsin this time of year???!!!! His Dad is finishing a house and he’s going to set the plumbing fixtures and I’ll get a chance to see my Dad and load up the cooler with cheese. o_Oo_O I’m taking a Schrade 881 and a Victorinox along on the trip. I don’t really anticipate needing more.

A schrade 881 will always do it. What kind of work do you do?

Couple Cases, funny thing about the stockman. Yesterday morning there was very little patina starting to show on the blade. Then at lunch I cut up a jalapeno and then got distracted forgot to wipe the blade. An hour later went to use it and the blade was nearly black! I don't do forced patina, but an accidental forced patina? I'll roll with it

Still trying to keep up with this thread!!

Amber stag to keep me warm today.

Well, it certainly brings the heat, Alan.

wow, very unique pair. The stuff I only see on BF

Thanks.

#78 today for WW !

Your photography makes even a new knife look like an old classic, Steve. Very nice.

For Wooden Wednesday, the Camillus is being accompanied by my new GEC #43 Oregon Trapper in cocobolo.

Great colors, Buzz.

Chestnut bone CV stockman.

Case closed - that's a classic, Dean.

A 2018 Case Mini Trapper in Pocket Worn Whiskey Bone. CV blades that are solid and centered in the well, nice antique bronze like shield. I'm likin this one:thumbsup:

Boy, that's fine looking, Paul. Nice choice.

Great pairing Stuart :) By chance, I'm carrying the same Rosewood Lambsfoot today :)

Thanks, Jack, and the same can be said for your wood clad wonders.

I've got a lucky four leaf clover. :)

Ain't that the truth, r8shell. A beautiful picture of the pile side pearl, too.

For Tidioute Thursday, I grabbed the GEC #54 Beaver Tail Big Jack in jigged cherry wood, to help the Camillus thoroughly weight down my pockets.

Some more great color choices, Buzz, and fine jigging, to boot. Thanks for sharing both pairs.

A couple of Camilli today

Classic Camilli, at that, Jeff. Well done.

Camillus and #43

I really like that Camillus, Steve. I have a couple of them (4 line tang stamp), but yours looks better (ain't that always the case).

That knife is a hoot. A real kick in the keister!

Very nice pairing, Taylor.
