Anyway, today the courthouse whittler went back in the pocket for work, and after that helped me finish an oak table, a friend with no money for a kitchen table offered me a trade, he is a gun collector, I was to made them a table and he’ll give me a Mauser 30-06 in return, since I’ve got no money for a rifle myself. Both happy

VERY NICEGot this one a couple of days ago, a few quick strokes on the bottom of a coffee mug gave it a pretty good edge, it will sharpen up nicely once I get home for the weekend. A bit bigger than expected too.
