I did not know that you were having surgery Jeff but I am glad for you that it is over and I wish a very speedy recovery my friend .This is what I was toting most this past week:

Well one I KNOW is stag, the other is called "second cut stag". Which I suspect is a Parkerism for jigged and torched muscle bone, lol.
