What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I always enjoy your pair on the rocks, Tom, and these are especially likeable.

Thanks Jeff, much appreciated. A fine duo you have today

Thanks, Tom. :)
I always enjoy your 2-folder days! ;):cool: What's the wood an the AG Russell?

- GT

Thanks GT! I dunno, it is a lost-and-found knife I rediscovered a little while back, it is some kind of burl but beyond that I am not certain. ATS-34 steel, made in Japan.

Looks fantastic at the old watering hole, Dean; the round bolsters and nearly sunk joints have major appeal to me!:thumbsup::cool:

Thanks for the 6347 confirmation, Dean. Thanks also for your positive comments on my humpback stockman. I hope it's a commendable carry even for a guy like me who's somewhat lacking in discernment! :)

Thank you, Gary.

Looks great, Dean!:thumbsup::cool: Have the springs developed a patina? Thanks so much for introducing me to the pattern! :)

- GT

Thanks, Gary; the springs, over 30 years, have acquired a very even and dark patina.

Just returned from a little family trip...

My Tote... Waynorth Lamb

My entertainment... Lots of little Trout
Those Sierra Nevada Trout can't resist the Madam X ;)
Very pretty Trout. They almost glow with neon colors. Looks to me like a 4 or 5 weight setup would be the ticket.

Thanks, Bill. You can say I'm a Trout snob, I only fish for Trout because they are so pretty and so fun to catch on flies. I was using my go-to 5wt, although I do have a couple of 4wt and 6 wt rods, the 5wt covers most bases.

Afternoon folks
Your Hartshead Barlow is quite the beauty, not only the lovely Stag covers but the back spring file work and the coined liners; an outstanding example of Sheffield artisans!:thumbsup:
Thanks for your positive feedback on my knives, JJ. :) You've got some grand Wednesday wood choices!:cool::thumbsup:
You are certainly welcome, thank you Gary!:D
These two for me today:
You always have exceptionally attractive knives on that wonderful stone background. Tom!!!:)
These 2 are becoming regulars in my pockets .
That's quite a beautiful pair of slicers to have as "regulars!";)
