This morning, I woke to that distinctive smell of a gas furnace kicking on for the first time of the season...just in case I thought this great weather would last indefinitely.

This Star Brand Shoe promotional knife belonged to my grandfather, who passed away in 1916. I've never carried it before, but I just posted some information about the knife (and my grandfather) in the "Old Knives" thread and I'm carrying it today in his honor.
