What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Beer o’clock on a snowy day.

Thanks Dylan! Sambar and Ebony are definitely my favorites! Stag and Horn ain’t bad either! ;)

Thanks Dylan, me too, it is a lovely knife, a kind gift from @Old & In The Way :) It weighs almost nothing in the hand, has some great features, and sharpens like a dream. I'm carrying it again today, with my Hartshead Barlow. Smashing pair there my friend :) Have a good day everyone

Thank you, fellas! You both are rocking stellar pairs again today. Ron, do you ever feel inclined to polish up the Père David's Stag? Or has it grown on you some?

Getting some snow today. A good day to stay inside.
Lloyd Shadow Trapper and Terry Primos "Platypus" (forged 1084 and Curly Maple) around the casa.

Both knives are superb, Gary, but that Primos is just exquisite.

While going through my knives this morning to contemplate Jack's KOTY thread, I decided to slip this #82 in my pocket. I find it to be a stellar knife with an excellent blade configuration. I just wish the bone wasn't so rough but I suspect if I were to carry it more, it will smooth out.

Tuesday's totes are a toothpick and a trapper; a BB Winchester and a GEC Furtaker. :)
Thank you JJ. Your toothpick/trapper combo is superb.

Jack Black Jack Black - Thank you Jack. Gorgeous images, Jack.

@Duckdog - Thank you kindly, Stuart.

Grilled 3 three cheese and bacon sandwich with seasoned fries from my local Bakery/Cafe...And a Sheffield 1-XL cherry on top.

My usual Lambsfoot along with a small gift from Jack Black.:thumbsup:

Nice John :)

I already been and got four new tires on my truck this morning. Dang! Good tires cost more than a good knife, and are almost as important! I have these two with me today! :D

No jug of wine, but a loaf of bread, a Hartshead lambsfoot Barlow, an Ancient TC, and thou is quite a Monday quartet, Jack!:thumbsup:;) (Did you know Omar Khayyam was a mathematician of note?)

Today's totes are a couple of Remington knives; an R2215 jack from the 1930s and an R1225 "big" jack from the late 1940s-early 50s by Camillus. :)
Those two look superb JJ, I love the 'French Ivory' on the R1225, and the triangular shield
I agree with Jack, JJ, especially regarding the appeal of the equilateral triangle shield on your "big jack"!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
