What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thanks for the idea, Jack. There was a different whittler I thought about carrying, but decided it should wait for "Old Friends Friday" A subtle difference, I know. :)

Yes indeed :) I'll look forward to seeing that one too my friend, I'm enjoying carrying what chance throws at me on Tuesday

Thank you kindly, Jack!!! Nothing too strenuous :) Another super cool companion for you HHB; love those old scout patterns!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Thank you very much, Gary!!!

Quite a marvelous foursome; your French jack is certainly a photogenic piece!:D:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I'm toting a couple wood covered GECs; a #15 and a humpback whittler. :)

That's good to hear JJ :) Thank you for your kind words, nice choices there :)

I'm treating myself to a Double Lambsfoot Day ;) Have a good one folks

Dropped this little Queen Penknife in my watch pocket today, some company for the #66 Calf Roper. OH

That's a great 'small' Like the scales too, are they delrin or bone? Have a similar Queen Jack, what became No.2 pattern, stainless, sold to me as delrin but suspect it's bone due to yellowing and what appears to be 'pores' on it. Can't find details of Queen using that WB in the era c.74 but I know Schatt&Morgan released a set of knives at the time with genuine WB so wondering if mine got shod in bone after allo_O:D

Alox of the Week for me is a silver Cadet (thanks, Ken):

Thanks Will, snappy little knife too. The handles on this one are Delrin.

Today with the little peanut Case in stag.;)

Very nice stag on your Peanut - gotta be hard to find the right stag for those small handles. OH

Today's watchpocket knife is this Case Small Stockman penknife. The rusty looking color on the bolsters and shield was a light coating of tacky grease that I assume a previous owner had applied (knife came from an antique mall) it wore off very quickly in my watchpocket - all shiney for the past year. OH
