Here it is, early Monday morning, and I have't even posted my Saturday or Sunday totes. Here's what I toted on Saturday, a Lockwood Brothers (Sheffield) jack:

And Sunday, I had an Art Wiman lockback hunter in my pocket:

We'll see what Monday brings.

First, thanks for your kind words!

Secondly, these two are great.

Thirdly, based in the reflection in the blade of the hunter, don’t even look- just run!

Hang onto your hat buddy! THat's a nice carry :)

Thank you! It did go relatively well so far. Some roofs have been taken, some capsized boats and cancelled flights, but no casualties. Water levels are still on the rise.

Must be some exciting times for people in the houses on the other riverbank.

Funfact: the extreme weather has been named Ciara in GB, Sabine in Germany and Elsa in Scandinavia.

Great pait and great picture. Well done, Steve.

Dang, Steve, you are on a roll!! Great stuff.

Thanks !

A couple of beauties, I especially like the Lockwood Bros Jack !

Yesterday we attended visitation and services for a long time friend. One of the most godly gentleman I’ve ever known. More like a brother than a friend. I was blessed to have known him. The graveside services are today and it’s raining again. Yesterday and today I’ve been carrying this 2018 Buck forum knife.

So sorry for the loss of your dear friend. He’s truly at home now.

Gary, that Rounder has got to be one of the best slipjoints we ever see on these pages. That pointy Zulu blade shape is about the most versatile ever designed, and Jerry makes a fantastic knife!

There's been some bad flooding here, and it's still windy and raining

A well-worn High Carbon cattle knife, and the first TL-29 I ever mangled up. In micarta with a modded utility blade. Homely but extremely sharp and sturdy.View attachment 1281307View attachment 1281308 View attachment 1281306

Characterful pair Jeff :)

Sorry to hear about your friend, Ron. Smoke and prayers for his family and friends.
The 2018 Buck Forum knife was a real standout!

Thanks, Jeff. I've had this knife for quite awhile now and would probably be embarrassed by the number of times I've posted it over the years.
It really is an example of the best of the best in Handmade knives. I could live the rest of my life with just that one in my pocket, although that's unlikely to happen! :D
