This is one of the knives that I leave at my daughters apartment in DC. I usually don’t bring anything when I fly. If we drive that’s a different story. This Buck Canoe came from the big chain store that everyone loves to hate. I got it on clearance for a very reasonable price. It’s well worth the cost. It’s an import but the fit and finish is about the same as most domestic produced Bucks I’ve handled lately. The pull is almost exactly the same feeling as our 2018 forum knives. :) :thumbsup:
 
So I didn't come to the porch for a week while I traveled for work (that felt like vacation)...26 pages later I finally caught up to the current page...complete with recycled (unfortunately) pic of my carry for today.

One of my favorite GEC knives! :thumbsup: :thumbsup: I’ve got a user in the same Antique Yellow jigged bone, and a “backup” in Rust Red. I bought them back when they were still sitting on dealers shelves (I think it was a year or more after they were made), and I’m still kicking myself for not picking one up in Nifebrite. :mad: :D

:eek::cool::D WoW! That is some pair! I was one that watched them sit around and never got around to snagging one. A nifebrite would be pretty sweet indeed, hoping you find one :)
