Rats! Good of you for being responsible, hope everyone is well again soon, and we'll try and keep you company here on The Porch

My Cami and pal say hi to your Impy?

Careful- this pattern is addicting.

SVTFreak SVTFreak ~ wow. I’ll keep y’all in prayer

Best of luck getting through it Joey . Looks like a lot of comfort in your pocket again too .

Harry

Sorry to hear that Joey. I’m burning a vacation day to stay away from work after hearing a person who’s office is about 30 feet away from mine tested positive. And the ventilation system is all connectedo_O On a positive note, I did hear the virus can’t withstand high speeds, so break out the Cobra and go for a drive:D and then swing by and pick me up. Somewhere around 140, I’m sure if I was exposed that will get rid of it:)

Thanks y’all! Yes Rachel, I’m not too worried about us. We are all healthy. It’s the folks who aren’t that we trying to protect, as a whole country. Some are too selfish though.
Lol 315! That’s a great idea. Except 1) the wife ain’t gonna like me leaving her with the. 3 kids.... and 2) the throttle cable broke on me the other day. I band aided it to get home but still ain’t ordered a new one lol.

Apparently it’s not my day for good news. Went out to my work car to grab something and the doors won’t open. Used the key and the battery is beyond dead, I can’t even get it to turn over with jumper cables. The Spartan just sits there, not offering any suggestions at all:confused:

Man’s got his priorities!
I hope you didn’t have to push ‘n shove to get that Spam! Been hearing some stories...
Jeff, to be honest I left the pushing 'n shoving to my lovely wife! ;)

Well, due to my daughter being exposed to my ex wife’s partner, who has tested positive to covid 19, and the fact that she’s now complaining of a sore throat, I can’t go to work. I’m sure I could have just kept my mouth shut, but it wouldn’t be the right thing to do. So, me, mom and the kids are both force and self quarantined. Trying to get into her pediatrician. Either way, I’m still covered up in my warm blanket, with this one in my pocket.

Prayers that you and your family will get through this thing. Thank you for doing the right thing!

Was talking with Half/Stop Half/Stop Ron this morning and he convinced me to carry a couple of older wooden handle ones today . So I went to the drawers and pulled out my DIXON and my LUTTERS & CIE . I like each one of them for a User . Good solid knives .

Harry
Harry my friend, as usual it was nice that two great minds have a chance to converse over the phone! ;) The knife that we discussed is in my watch list right now. If I decide to pull the trigger I'll let you know! :D

Sounds like a new battery is in order... I'm sure before long we'll see an sak with a boost pack.;)

Better sneak in these last two knives I've been carrying what has been a very busy week for me.
Stag/Horn Knife of the Week is a Rough Rider stag medium (aka mini) trapper:

Lambsfoot of the Week is Valley Jack, my 2019 Guardians desert ironwood lambsfoot SFO:

Excellent knives, Gary; your RR stag medium trapper is always a pleasure to see. Enjoy your online teaching!

Utilitarian totes to start out the week. :)

That is a fantastic photo and very green - I like green, especially for knives!:D

But it can open the wine bottle!

Touché Sir John...:):)

It’s 14 months old:eek: Who would’ve thought a 2019 car would not have an auto shutoff feature for the cargo light?? Once I got it running, after 30 minutes on the charger, I saw the rear cargo light on. Had to inventory a bunch of work stuff last Thursday and I must’ve hit the button by accident as I was moving stuff around. But man was that battery dead! Jump pack wouldn’t work, even my charger has a starting mode and that wouldn’t do a thing.
