What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thank you, Ron! I feel the same about your photos, they are always a treat.

Carrying two very different bits of Stag today.

Thanks for the compliment Dylan! It’s always a treat to see your Ashley’s Choice but your Eureka may very well have the best stag I’ve saw on a #92. Outstanding! :D

Thank you, Jack! That little fixed blade was indeed meant to be a sgian dubh when an old friend of mine made it for me. I often forget that I have it but it makes for a keen little blade - it was fashioned from an Old Hickory knife.

I've been thinking about picking one of those GEC fixed blades for a little while now - it's nice to see the size comparison and it is rather obvious that you find it useful ;).

Thanks! Such a useful lil fixed blade it's a lil slicer for sure!

Thanks a lot JJ, that's a perfectly practical pair you're carrying :)
Thank you kindly, Jack!!!
Quite an outstanding trifecta; you have all the bases well covered!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
St Paddy's green! I like it.
Thanks Bill; I guess I was a day early!:D

That's one very cool Sheffield tote; great shot, too!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
That is a fantastic photo and very green - I like green, especially for knives!:D
Thank you very much, Dean!!!

Not only a great tote but your view cameras bring back memories of the "good 'ole days;" still can't beat a great large format exposure!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Thank you JJ. Fine image of your ready to go to work pair of helpers.
Thanks a bunch, Harvey!!!

That's awesome Dave; B&W is also my favorite medium! Last time I ran a 4800 dpi drum scan on a 4x5 it was well over a gigabyte; so much info and detail!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Thanks again JJ. Almost all of your knives would be worthy of 4x5 drum scans! This was a 189mb tiff file on my consumer scanner, which I should have crushed even more before putting on Imgur.

Thank you very much, Dave!!! I am a huge fan of analog in about every aspect of the senses! It puts a massive smile on my face to see your quite wonderful imagery coming from my favorite medium!:D

It’s 14 months old:eek: Who would’ve thought a 2019 car would not have an auto shutoff feature for the cargo light?? Once I got it running, after 30 minutes on the charger, I saw the rear cargo light on. Had to inventory a bunch of work stuff last Thursday and I must’ve hit the button by accident as I was moving stuff around. But man was that battery dead! Jump pack wouldn’t work, even my charger has a starting mode and that wouldn’t do a thing.

Oh yes , I have been there several times :D :D :D.

Cheers.

Cool pic Dave, that's an incredible set-up my friend :)

Just got my Real Lambfoot knife in the mail from Sheffield. Only took about 11days to get here.

Congratulations

Great knife Taylor

Jack, I hope all this “social distancing” kept you far away from the Butter-Fingered Oaf while you were carrying that beauty! :D

He knows well to keep at least an arm's length away Barrett! :D I don't think he's been closer than 10 feet since his spectacular act of oafishness, though he always says hello to me warily ;) Thank you for the compliment pal :)

That's what a Sgian Dubh should look like in my opinion Dylan, not some effete stocking-filler

Going with the simple elegance of this trapper for Tuesday. :)

Thank you JJ, great-looking Trapper

Morning folks, hope everyone is doing OK in these difficult times  Happy Saint Patrick's Day (though, with the pubs shut, it must be the worst Paddy's Day in Ireland since the Brits showed up!), and may you always have a clean shirt, a clear conscience, and a good knife in your pocket ;) Carrying this Jowika Stockman today, made in Listowel, County Kerry, and my regular Hartshead Barlow. Stay safe folks :)

Your TEW has a nice Glow to it Jose . Always nice to see it because I know how nice that one is my friend .

Thank you very much, Harry. In fact, it is a superb knife in everything, especially in the glow of the horn, on the side of the nail.:):thumbsup:
