Okay, I am trying to be more creative with all my spare time or maybe it is cabin fever.

In my last post, I mentioned that I made a decision to limit myself to only one example of each of my 14 favorite GEC patterns. These are just personal preferences. I like many more of the patterns, but 14 of them stand out to me. A few pages back, I posted the first, the amazingly versatile 15. I chose to keep a TC Ancient Barlow. Now, is the second of my top 14, the humble 25.

I usually carry larger knives, but the shape of the 25 allows it to fit perfectly in the pocket. It feels just right. Not too big and not too small. Everyone should own one of these.

Those mud chimneys are crawfish towers located on one end of our property. The one in the bottom is over a foot tall! Crawfish are a delicacy here in Louisiana.

Up next will be the workhorse 35 pattern.

Gevonovich Gevonovich , what a beautiful photograph Gev!

Thanks for pointing out my earlier error Laurelbb Laurelbb . I fixed it. I selected a total of 14 patterns but you are correct, that TC is a 15.

So true Pinemoon Pinemoon !! Very funny. And I love that Churchill. The cougar clawed bone is my favorite one by a mile. BTW, what is the story behind your avatar photograph? It is one of the nicest on BF.
Thank you, Sir :) yes, cougar clawed is good stuff!
As far as my avatar, no mystery or long story, really. For years I've been captivated by the moon, and I live on a lake in Maine that's surrounded by tall pine trees. I also really dig Zen poetry ;) which has many pine/moon references. Thus, I just searched the internet for a pine-moon image :) and was happy with the result :)
Thanks again

It’s hard enough to keep up in normal times.
That’s a handsome pocket knife there.
Thanks, and yes, I hadn't realized that covid-quarntine might have accelerated this thread o_O:p
Oh well, I'm strapping in

Dropped this little 33OT in the pocket when I got home. It has served me well.

The 33 Middleman Jack is a seriously good pocket knife.
It’s been a long busy day. I hope y’all are all safe and well. These two have been tagging along today. They’ve done everything from cutting wire ties and opening boxes and mail. The photos are recycled because I didn’t have time for any new ones! :)

The Bullnose looks classy in black micarta, Ron!
I hope you are exercising above and beyond caution, my friend.
