What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I seem to have lost a bunch of quotes :(

Thank you, Jack - you've been sporting some fine little fixed blades lately.

I've been rather taken with this little fixed blade, so it's been with me the last few days.

Many thanks Harvey, stunning pics my friend :)

Thank you, Ron! Stuart is fine and generous chap. That new Lambsfoot with the exquisite horn and brass hardware is quite a fine piece - I've enjoyed seeing it immensely.

Dylan, I couldn’t agree with you more about Stuart! Thanks for the compliment on my new Lambsfoot. I’m extremely happy to have it! :) Your Redmeadow is a beautiful classic fixed blade. I can see where it would be a joy to carry. The Scout is always a fine choice on its own!

You were certainly well prepared with those two beauties and a large "cup of Jo;" glad you made it through the morning stampede!:D:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Good knives and good coffee! I’m prepared JJ! Thanks a lot! :D

A couple of great traditional Barlow knives, Jack.:thumbsup:

Thanks a lot John :)

A Wonderful Wooden Wednesday

Because some of y’all have been showcasing Osage Orange, Horse Apple, Hedge Apple, Bois d’arc, Scientific Name: Maclura pomifera, the last couple of days! ;) And because it’s one of my personal favorites! But, I’ve also added some Rosewood, just because it’s a Lambsfoot! Y’all stay safe out there! :)

Your new Fallkniven is quite wonderful; I really like their d
Thanks, yes,.. they're a company I've been eyeing for a while. Glad I could finally pull the trigger

I've been in contact with the folks at Fallkniven and have learned a bit more about the knife, including the shield symbol, which is apparently quite restricted in Sweden.
Their words:

The three crowns is the Swedish national symbol (the small coat of arms) and we are the only Swedish manufacturer allowed to use that on our products. The symbol is around 1000 years old and originates from the three wise men in the Bible. We received the official permission to use this symbol because of the high quality and good design of the Three Crown Series.

I think this is the only knife I have with a shield on both sides. There's also a nail nick on each side.
