What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Every time I see this knife I think I need to get one too....some day.

I thought the same thing for a long time. In fact, the various pictures of these 66 jacks are what influenced me to get the hunter green bone for the rehandle of my Camillus jack.

My newest acquisition won't leave the pocket anytime soon.
And now that my finger finally is completely usable again after some stitches, it bit me of course :) Those springs have some dangerous snap.

Great knife, and a great beer.

Sunday ... and I´m going back to a little tradition to myself... GEC #66 Moose is with me, today

@pistonsandgears & Doug: Thanks for the nice compliment. The GEC #66 Serpentine Jack is a very great knife! I really love it. It´s hard to get out of the pocket.

:)

Stich....

Nice knives but heck it's just 9:30 football hasn't started and your showing Pumpkin Stout (just arriving in our stores)...so the real question is what are you coating the rim of the glass with..........

East coast time, rim of the glass has cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and sugar.
The fall beers have been out really early this season, started seeing them in August?

Pumpkin Stout!

Friday night I had an Oktoberfest Ale by one of our local breweries, and it tasted just like I was drinking a piece of pumpkin pie. Not usually my style, but this one was rather tasty (but not as good as the curried butternut sqaush soup!)

The wood of this Schrade Walden stockman I have in my pocket today is sort of pumpkin colored.

I usually do a 50/50 pumpkin ale with Guinness on top but my local brewery made a pumpkin stout, pretty tasty, should go well with the braised curried pork with spiced apples and basmati rice with raisians & caraway seeds. :-)
