What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Tried to give it to my kiddo but she turned it down. Took pics to sell it and the Mrs. says she would rather I didn’t sell it. For some reason they want me to have it more then I do...
I've had knives like that before. I really wanted them, thought they would be perfect, but then when I had them they just didn't really speak to me. In the end I let them go so somebody else could enjoy them. I think we've all been there. ;)

A little Mora and my Western LB.

Went home for lunch and came back with this. Tried to give it to my kiddo but she turned it down. Took pics to sell it and the Mrs. says she would rather I didn’t sell it. For some reason they want me to have it more then I do...we made a deal that I would reserve final judgement until it comes back from Case. View attachment 1335229
Sometimes the women just know what to do! Been there!:)

Thank you for that John. I admit that this knife is making me feel a bit crazy and torn.

very nice, Joshua

Does the wood have a divine fragrance like mine do...?! :D

Thank you. Yes, it does smell divine; not as strong as when it was new, but I wonder if a slight sanding with a very fine grit wouldn't open up that fragrance again?

All Challenge Cutlery. Even that electrician's knife.. it's got a slick spring lock for the screw shovel, you disengage it by pressing down the spine of the knife blade.

That's a fine foursome. :D:thumbsup: Ebony Jacks are the best, and a bareheaded Harness Jack would be my favorite, too!
