Slipped this Imperial jack in my pocket when I got home this afternoon.

It's a two spring jack knife with stout blades, but is no thicker than my single spring Case 32087 pen knife.

dont get me wrong, i LOVE my texas jack
but something about a jack with a big/full clip blade

nice knife!

Thanks. This one also has a big/full pen blade. Only my Case 6292 has a larger pen blade, and it is a significantly larger knife. Sorry for the poor lighting (I just now snapped these indoor shots).

Stitch I'll never get tired of seeing that Peanut. It's all over these 800 and some odd pages. Since I had to post, Red Bone Medium Stockman today.

Carried my brand new Chestnut CV Peanut today. I have one in red bone that I just never really felt compelled to carry. The Chestnut bone though is a great looking little knife and just begged to be carried. I had my GEC White Owl too, but it never left the pocket, as I used the Peanut for everything I needed a knife for today.

Went to work with a non trad folder (Mnandi). Decided it was the wrong knife for today so came home for lunch..... and my all time favorite slipjoint.

The traditional folder that still gets some pocket time is this old Schrade Old Timer (1.5 inch blade). It actually has a small brass liner lock that you can't see in this picture. I got this knife as a birthday gift from my dad when I was 5 years old. That's been about 18 years ago now.

I'm carrying the Case wharncliffe mini trapper that I was fortunate enough to win in Jason Baker's give away last year.

I think you can figure out which one of these it is. Wilgoy, gifted the mini copperlock to me.

^^^ WOW! That is one piece of cutlery sweetness!

Are those scratches on them blades? :D

Thanks, I appreciate the good words...And yes, they are in fact scratches from sharpening and use. While Bill builds a wonderful knife (I own five) he doesn't always put a particularly sharp edge on imho. I find that hard to live with so I sharpen many of my custom knives if I feel they need it. (You can see a bit of burr left over in one of the images but it's since been removed. ;))
