I put this Ohta Wharncliffe Trapper in my pocket today. I'd forgotten how much I like carrying it:

By George, that's a Jim Dandy there.

I love that old Schrade pattern and you very rarely see them anymore in any condition. Thanks for showing it here.

shoot, I'm glad y'all let me hang out here :) I like it too, takes a wicked edge & not even a hint of wiggle...

Case Seahorse Whittler with Blue Bone scales, unfortunately it's not in CV, (I wish I had one in CV ;)), it was a gift from a friend and once it's sharp it's good for light duty.

I love the blade config.:

I'm out of town for 2 weeks, buisness/vacation, got my Case bluegrass peanut, and a kissing crane black plastic/carbon trapper that I blued the blades/springs on... I could have survived great with just the nut, but that trapper has been a great steak knife!

I'll try to grab a pic later...

MORI,

Mike's knives are slick and that's a fact. I like 'em both but I'm going to help you out and say pick the Jack front and center with the clip blade first.. And then switch off to the spear bladed Jack. Hell, either way your a winner! Nice Alsdorf's.
