What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

It does feel nice. I still don’t love the shield they went with, but that won’t stop me from enjoying the knife. How do you like the shape of the drop point, John? I’m guessing that you probably like it more than the Bull Nose/Bull Buster drop point?
I agree, it was a poor choice of shield for the knife.
But it's not so bad as to change my attitude towards the knife.
I like the blade shape a LOT more than the Sodbusters. Much easier to get the point into the material.

Hot day today but humidity was down a little . Late morning we went out and picked green beans . SWMBO believes that they may amount to 6 to 7 quarts of canned goods. Had the knives pictured in my pockets .

Eye Witness Lambfoot in Rams Horn

Maserin in Micarta with D2 blade

I had an earlier phone call with Half/Stop Half/Stop and he wanted to know how the D2 Steel was taking the Humidity & etc . It even looks like this after running it through a stick of Rhubarb and that would have turned a 1095 blade very dark in one pass .
We also discussed the Eye Witness some since it has a Stainless Blade . The Liners and Pins are also Stainless I think . There is no Rust or Staining on it and it has been in my pockets a lot lately during this hot & humid weather . The Rams Horn covers are almost Translucent . Two pretty decent carries for this type of weather .

We had earlier seen these visitors and they came back .

Old Engineer Old Engineer Harry it looks like y’all had a good day my friend! Nice looking beans. Your Maserin is holding up very good buddy. Come Thanksgiving we can have some turkey with those beans! ;) :D
Thank you Ron . It was a very good day my friend . After we snapped the beans , we opened the Garage doors and sat outside of Bay 3's back door and there was a very nice breeze and just talked about things in general . We have large umbrellas there for shade . Take care my friend . It was good to talk with you this morning .
