We probably don't need to be so cautious. We haven't had any trouble here in 30+ years.
I blame it on the 30+ years I spent as an electronic security and protection systems contractor.
I guess I practice what I preached. Needless to say, we have a pretty safe and secure home.

I lived in a rough area, with a couple of friends, as a teenager. We always left the doors unlocked, figured if anyone broke in they'd probably leave us something, and if they were desperate enough to take anything they found they must have been sorely in need!

When all Hell breaks loose, I'm heading your way.

I have two, the Yellow colored is a small knife, sharp and useful. So far no problem with ‘em. We must have at least one, imo.
