What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Sorry to hear that buddy :(

Impressive pair Steve

Thanks Jack !

How did you accomplish that beautiful gray brushed steel looking patina on the 23. That looks phenomenal man!

Thanks, It' a #74. I polished the blade with successively finer wet dry paper. I then filled a small jar with apple cider vinegar so that the knife blade was covered up to the bolster and let it sit for about 30 minutes or so. Rinsed with water and then wiped with mineral oil.

Worked on a shed addition most of yesterday, when I got cleaned up for dinner I dropped this Case 79 pattern penknife in my pocket - like pen’s with clip blades. OH

Real beauty, how long is it?

Thank you, Jack. I'm glad you had a smashing Yorkshire Day.
I'm toting the same pair today, so I'll show off the other side.

Rachel, once and again I am amazed by your mastery. Your artwork shoot that humble RR barlow through the roof in terms of looks and value. Even my wife, who is not really a knife enthusiast, said she could see herself carying that knife.
