What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Today's mail call with tomorrow's dinner. Now I'm really pumped for the 35s!

Thank you very much Dylan :) Those two look great together, I love the look of your Puukko, just beautiful :)

Thank you, Jack! You have a fine duo today (that 2017 horn is just a treat to see) and your selection for tomorrow is just terrific!

Dylan that is definitely a perfect pairing! That Puukko is outstanding and Jacks Ebony ‘18 is a classy one for sure! :)

Thank you, Ron! I love your selection for today, that Ebony is just exceptional.

The Puukko is still close by today - that birch bark is such an amazing handle material. Joined by a different knife in Ebony.

Just received this Delta Jack yesterday via a trade. It's the only Northwoods in my collection (I had an Ocoee for a short time but didn't like it). I really like this one, nice and snappy, the Bohncliff blade fits this pattern well IMHO. Bring on the 35s!!

A 77OT Improved Muskrat that @Old Hunter sent me, which will be relegated to more genteel service such as taking it out and admiring it since it is at least 26 years old, and came to me new in the box...
A 175 Sheepfoot in stainless from somewhere between mid ‘73 and 2004, which was a popular ad knife for felt and flower companies. This one is well suited for dirty work, sparing the virginal muskrat.
And also well suited for dirty work, and slicing way bigger than it’s small size would indicate, the mighty 12OT single blade jack.
I hope your Saturday rises up to meet your reasonable expectations!

Edit: at least 16 years old. Could be 26, but for sure 16 minimum.
