A classic canoe, and I like the book it's sitting on.
I'd have a tough time putting that beauty to work.
Super nice stag on that #14.
That's a cutie.
Right there with ya, Rachel.I love old ebony jacks.
Gorgeous!
Another gorgeous one.
I like the bareheads, too. This is a Walden Knife Co., probably before 1903 when EC Simmons bought them.

I’m jealous Jon! What a great way to spend a day! I hope you have great weather and a relaxing day!
John that 6292 Texas Jack is a great knife. It’s really a shame that Case discontinued the 6292 and 6392. Both were terrific 4” sized folders!
Very cool Thrifty Thursday carry.
Thank you, Ron.John that 6292 Texas Jack is a great knife.
Thanks John! The xx92’s were a stout knife.Very cool Thrifty Thursday carry.

They truly are a great knife, but only if you fingers can handle a stronger pull.![]()

That took me a minute!Looks like maybe the book title Yoda wrote.
Yes it is Juniper, this knife is a prime example of unused knives at estate sales or secondary market. I bought this knife in France 20 or so years ago for my dad......10 or so years later he gave it back to me unused haha so I guess lucky me I bought a nice knife for him. The Juniper is still fragrant all these years later.Nice wood on the Leguiole - Juniper?
