That is not how it left the factory, the previous owner turned the spey/or skinner into the sheep foot. I like it a lot

I tend to build a sandwich quite differently than you do, Tom! I'll typically go WAY heavier on the lettuce, onions, dill slices, hot pepper rings, and even occasionally thin slices of apple, and much lighter on the meat. But an Opinel is good for sandwich construction of any kind!
