Having owned a 33 since buying it new in the ‘70s, I’ll endorse Mr. Hilborn’s and mbkr’s endorsements. It’s a great all around knife with a lot of blade in a medium frame. Darned handsome, too.

This guy rides in my watch pocket every single day since I received it. I would have to say it is my favorite release of this year, and I don’t see anything else knocking it down. This thing is just perfect, and so, so well built. And it really is beautiful to boot. The 33 Conductor is a winner!

Back from the mountains, but unfortunately no elk Carried a Victorinox Camper through the week and a Helle Harding on my belt. Still a great week!!

Grabbed an Old Timer today to sort and clean gear and run errands today.

Thank you, Jack! A fine pair you have today - the Hartshead is always worthy of note and that Ebony Gunstock is such a finely made knife (one of GEC's best efforts, in my opinion). I had two from that run, one in Ebony and the other in Cocobolo - I kept the latter due to its uniqueness and gifted the Ebony to my biological dad. It was his first GEC after having used and collected Case knives for many years.
