Those little green 14's with the boot are really special.
That is a SWEET knife.
Thanks John, it took some heavy cleaning when I received it, but it came out the other side looking pretty good! I really enjoy jigged bone when the colors contrast between the smooth bone and the jigging! Those little green 14's with the boot are really special.
That is a SWEET knife.![]()
I REALLY like the Guardian 3 BarrettI bought it from a European vendor, and choices were more limited than in the US. Given a free choice, I'd have gone for a full flat grind and a satin-finished blade, but I'm very pleased with it nonetheless
I bought an Armatus sheath with the knife, but haven't actually used it as the stock sheath is just fine. It carries horizontally, and I wear mine on the right of my (front) hip, rather than cross-draw, but you can rig up a vertical carry system fairly easily if horizontal carry doesn't suit

Thanks a lot Jack!!! It would have been nice as Wenger had several interesting models; it's now a Swiss cutlery monoculture. Many thanks kind sirNice pair of Wengers there
I carried a Wenger World Scout Knife a lot while travelling in Europe, but I like the small clip blades on some of the models. Sad that they're not still around
