Mostly this one today. Le Thiers Compact, by Chambriard. Fragrant juniper handle, 14C28 steel.
 
Returned to the circa 1978-1982 Old Timer 7OT with 1095 carbon steel not "Schrade+" blade, and circa 1978-1986 Old Timer "Schrade +" 858 today.
I'm not sure why I went back to them so soon ...
