Thanks for the helpful information.Thank you! I think it should be the late 50s or 60s, because the background of the shield used to be red. Before that in the 50s they had a dark (sort of black-ish) background but were otherwise the same.
Definitely blue!
Couple of champs, Paul!Ebony Churchill and SAK Cellidor Electrician

Thanks for your input, Jon.I love it GT! I can’t wait till more colors are available in the USA. You can’t got wrong with either one. I carry my pioneer x more because a saw is not often needed.
I appreciate the ID.Thanks, GEC #19 Little Rattler
My eyes were trying to tell me there were 2 blades stacked one on the other at the bottom of the photo. Thanks, GT! I picked it up earlier this year at an antique shop hear in town. It just has those two blades you see in the picture.
Thanks.Very cool little knife, didn’t know RR made a baby copperhead. Now I have another knife I’ll have to hunt down!![]()
Trust me GT, I'm not laughing at you... I'm laughing WITH you.![]()

You've been posting some SAKs I don't often see, José!
I bought some duluth cargo pants, which have tons of great pockets, and I’m really trying to be conservative on how many knives I fill them with.

Great choice on your micarta 43s!
Love ‘em both. The Henkles has class, and the MM has nice stag!
John, it’s ok. A lot of us get a little belly as we age.
That sounds very frustrating, GT.I needed a fairly large space to maintain recommended social distancing. I was assigned to the lobby of a big newer building about .5 miles from my office. I checked it out before classes started and thought it should work out OK. But at the start of my first class, I intended to ask my students to introduce themselves to me and the class (as I usually do), and the first person did so. But neither I nor any of the students could hear her! The acoustics in that lobby (about 30' ceiling and the top 20' jammed with HVAC ducts/equipment) were AWFUL! I was able to use a microphone so students could hear me, but I couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear each other. One of my main strategies in that class is frequent discussion, and it was impossible.
Thank you, GT.What a Black Beauty!!
Lol...John, it’s ok. A lot of us get a little belly as we age.

Thanks for the comment on my RR baby copperhead, Jack. I've had it for over 4 years, and in fact, I posted it 5 weeks ago. I don't know why I thought it was part of my rotation last week; my mind must need some antifreeze. What I actually carried in the role of a peanut-like knife (which for me often simply means "kind of small") was a chestnut jigged bone CV Swayback Jack, a generous gift from Paul Hilborn:
