Very nice shots and cool angles of your two beauties; really like the coined liners and the file work on your lamb!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Hope your back starts feeling better!!!

Time for me to compliment you again on your frequent red/black pairings, Dylan; always so distinguished!:cool::thumbsup:

Difficult NOT to carry classic Case swaybacks like yours, Dean & Michael & Dylan!:cool::thumbsup:
Dylan, that bonestag sowbelly is a dream come true!!:cool::cool:

Thank you for the kind compliments, Gary. I enjoyed reading your tribute/memory of Ron - it was very special.

This is a new one for me and though it is a bit of a brick in the pocket, I am puttering around the homestead with it today.

Smoking some Texas beef sausage

so of course

What brand of sausage? Prasek's makes some of the best I have ever had. The company I work for buys over 12,000 pounds of bacon from Readfield Meats or Ruffino Meats every year to give to employees so we can tell the family who "brings home the bacon". I assume when you buy that much bacon in one shot you get a good price. Here in Texas we have some fine competition and that makes exceptional product available. Merry Christmas.
