What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Wonderful Osage Pairing.
Thank you, John.
Thank you! I live in eastern Slovenia. Not much snow this winter, this was probably the 3rd time we had any. It's mostly gone already, barely covered the ground ...

Same view from my balcony a few hours later

I don't know how much work I'd get done with such a beautiful view out the window!
Mail call! EnZo 70 in 12c27 with black Micarta, SAK Sportsman, and a Compact.
Adds to my 2 layer collection and the EnZo makes 6 knives in 12c27.View attachment 1486533
Very nice. Those Enzo Neckers are underrated. I've got one in olive wood, and the Sandvik steel is one of my favorites.

These working knives today. The astute amongst you may notice thats not my normal truck. Probably not though, I've not posted many pics with the other one lol.
Anyways my ol 97 Ford's engine is giving up the ghost, so for Christmas my Dad gave me his old Chevy. My best friend upon learning that apparently overnight I went from a dedicated Ford guy to a Chevy guy said "Welcome to the dark side"

I've heard people say they'd rather push their brand truck over driving another brand. Even if someone gave it to them, well I've always said "If someone gave me one I'd happily drive it til the wheels fall off." Well guess I talked that into being o_O:rolleyes:

Congrats on the new truck, David! I’ve never quite understood the my-car/truck-brand-is-the-best-and-everything-else-is-garbage thing. I’ve driven an old Checker, a Chevy, a couple Jeeps and now a Ford F-150, and I’ve been happy with all of them. I also had a Dodge… ;) :D

Uh oh! Jack Black Jack Black inspired snack this afternoon :D Cheese on toast with Hendersons! Only thing that would have made it better would have been if I'd thrown a lambsfoot in the pocket this morning!

Ha! I did the same thing earlier today! :D I only put Henderson’s on one piece to start, because I hadn’t tried it on cheese toast before, but it was great, and I ended up eating it on both slices.

Toting these two whittler patterns today, a Robeson from the 1920s-30s and a more recent GEC 29 covered in wood. :)

Terrific three-bladers JJ :)

Quality line-up there GT :)

Ha! I did the same thing earlier today! :D I only put Henderson’s on one piece to start, because I hadn’t tried it on cheese toast before, but it was great, and I ended up eating it on both slices.

LOL! :D That's cool Barrett  I'm glad you liked the Henderson's :)

Love that classic sci fi graphic art! :D:thumbsup:

Thank you very kindly, Jack!!!

That looks like an awesome partner for your HHB; my all time favorite phone was from Motorola, not to mention their outstanding radios! :D:cool::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Thank you my friend :) I spent half a day messing about with that phone yesterday, but it has a fault, and needs to go back o_O I have my other Motorola in my pocket still. Also got my Hartshead Barlow ;)

I carried my Stag Northfield 18 and 19 today . I do not have any side by side of my 18 and 19 yet , so this is the best I can do right now . Each carried in a slip .

Did you notice the pasty looking stuff on the Stag on the 19 as compared to the less-coated looking Stag on the 18 ???

Harry

The evidence is in the pictures Harry. Not only is the 18 the better looking & proportioned pattern it is Barehead which is always advantageous for Stag, but also the quality of the antler is far superior on the 18. As I've remarked before (we're all guilty of the repeat ourselves refrain ;)) feel that the quality of Stag on recent GEC runs is not what it once was. Might be due to doing c.500 examples per run? Has this almost 'varnished' look to some of it....

Great photos mind and interesting small knives, I have the 18 Northfield in Blackwood but never used it.

Thanks, Will
