Nice presents, Harry!!Still had mywaynorth Lambfoot with me when our last Christmas present from one of our daughters arrived today from a place far away and was a very favorite place to visit since most of our ancestors were from there . Had to cut the very tough plastic bag and some equally tough tape .
We will be getting one every month this year . Needless to say , the Lambfoot did an admiral job .

That’s surely a great place to visit! My #2 son and his bride went there for their Masters degrees, and our grandson was born there. Of course, we had to go!Still had mywaynorth Lambfoot with me when our last Christmas present from one of our daughters arrived today from a place far away and was a very favorite place to visit since most of our ancestors were from there . I like the look of that Case, Dean. Bolster treatment, jigging, shield and main blade shape are all nice.Is that bone color what they call 'walnut'?

I expect that when you lived in Buffalo , you saw some very big snows Charlie . Back in the early 70's our company sent a number of machines out there to help clear the city of a big snow .I see all these pics of ice and snow!!I grew up in the Buffalo snowbelt area, but it's mild, if a bit drizzly (the rainforest don'tcha know), out here!!
I've been carrying this local interpretation of a Maniago Sfilato since I got it, a few weeks ago!! Amazingly useful knife!!View attachment 1502072
