It would be easy to doubt. I read in another thread the same doubts, and confirmed by a couple of posts it was in fact Damascus.

Headed to town today. This will be the first time we're out of the house two days in a row for just about a year. Gotta check in with the Dentist and then it's off to the Brass Rail for lunch. This special occasion calls for a full 3-blade Sowbelly not the single blade Sowbelly I carried yesterday so, I'm totin this CV Case Sowbelly.

The roads should be clear sailing as they've all been plowed so there's no need to carry the Buck 500 as I did yesterday when it was snowing up a storm.

Been a bit black'n'white here today.
Even though the Douk has probably the softest blade amongst the knives I own it's still one of my favourites, dead easy to get sharp, but needs sharpening often.......
